Harry Truman took a 2-mile constitutional almost every morning for over half a century. When asked about his walking, he said he used no special clothes or shoes, no techniques, no regular route. He said, “The only thing I try to do when I walk is enjoy myself.” I need to concentrate on making my nature walks more enjoyable….
